The hotel was lovely and very clean. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and kind. We were disappointed by breakfast. We were at breakfast an hour after the time started, but there was no hot food. When someone asked why not, the employee stated that the breakfast ladies were having issues and would have hot breakfast in about 40 minutes. Obviously, no one that was at breakfast before them (almost 2 hours into the breakfast timeframe) were able to have a hot breakfast.

Fabulous hotel in a quiet area of Venice. I've stayed in the city many times and feel this hotel and its kind, thoughtful staff were top rate. Simple very clean rooms, great beds, excellent breakfast. The hotel feels new and smart and is only 3 mins from Salute or 8 mins walk from Accademia. If you arrive on the airport water bus (Alilaguna) and exit at Zattere you are less that 10 mins walk to the hotel too.
