The whole facility serves as a sort of homeless shelter. It should not be listed on your app. There is noise and fights all night and the place is almost destroyed.

Hotel is decent— problem is that you get a good rate from Hotels.com but when you go to check in, the management hits you for a whopping $100 deposit which you have to pay or you’ll lose your $70 that you paid for the room! It’s a rip off-I won’t stay there again.

Roaches in the room at night. Leaking bathtub. Smoke detector was covered with a plastic grocery bag secured with an elastic hair band and the non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

This hotel is NOT as it seems. We arrived pretty early, around noon and check in isn’t until 3 which is fine we just went and toured the city until we could check in but there were two police officers that had arrived and we jokingly said maybe we should stay somewhere else, giving the hotel the benefit of the doubt. We came back around 5pm, checked in and went to our room. When we opened the door, the lights didn’t work, the floors were sticky and there was an awful odor. We went back to the front desk and told the gal working, and she got us a new room on the 3rd floor. We took the elevator up, and found our room. The lights worked, so that was a plus and the floors were still sticky but not nearly as bad as the first room. There was a handful of people in the room next to us playing music, which is fine. Then we started thinking maybe we should stay somewhere else because we started to feel unsafe from the noises the building was making. As we were looking at other options we noticed a bug on the wall. Joking we said it better not be a cockroach. And sure enough it was a cockroach. At that point we said absolutely no to staying. So we took a picture of the roach, grabbed our things and booked it out of the room. We took the elevator back down, and the elevator started shaking like it was about to break. We told the front desk that we were not staying because of all the loud noises, dirty room, and the last straw was seeing the cockroach. Front desk didn’t apologize.
