2am wake up

I so wanted to say good things about this stay. Front desk service was good. Room was clean. The beds were high and comfy. The free breakfast was amazing with so much selection. The 2:00 am wake up was not. We woke to our headboard wall and the lights shaking, this went on for a good 1 1/2 hours, there were people yelling. I contacted the front desk twice they were investigating it. They told me it was room next door and that it was workers???. Personally if I was working at a job I am not going to spend all night up carring on. She said it was utility or construction workers but not ones working for the hotel.

Never Comfort Inn

There was hardly anything good to say about this hotel. The only highlight was the cookies at the front desk. The bed linens were dirty and the staff refused to turn them. They said that they were only done every third day upon request. But they were dirty before we laid on the king sized bed. The hot tub was out of order which was very disappointing as it was one of the reasons for picking this hotel. The heater/ac unit did not shut off at all. It was either full blast heat or full blast cold. Turning it off did nothing but turn it into a window fan and it couldn’t be unplugged. Needless to say it made sleeping very uncomfortable as it was so close to the bed. The bathroom in the king sized suite was so small that it was impossible to turn around in. But the finishings were nice at least! The suite’s couch was very dirty. And the rooms lighting was extremely dim. Save yourself the money and experience by booking anywhere else.

Not horrible

Check in staff were friendly. Had a room with king bed and pull out couch for 4 people. Had to call for bedding for pull out couch and was told I needed to come to front desk to get it. When questioned if someone could bring it up she hesitantly agreed. Cleanliness wasn’t horrible but my 3 yr old found a vape in the room from a previous guest. Hot tub was nice and pool was nice temperature just very chlorinated.

A good Midwest motel experience

Stayed for a quick overnight with one of my children (15 y/o). Easy check-in and fast access to the room. The cleanliness was good, not great, but nothing I was worried about. The breakfast that was included was exceptional with a good variety of hot and cold options.

Hotel room was dirty. The tub was not clean and shampoo was not stocked. The Mirror and counters in the bathroom were dirty as well. Do not stay at this hotel if you want a parking spot to park your car. I came back to the hotel and all the parking spots were full. I was told I had to park in the street. The clerk said because thats what trucks do I have to do that with my car. I had mentioned on checkout day the inconvenience of that and that if I purchase a hotel room I should have somewhere to be able to park my car. I had said if you only have one parking spot per room you should clearly let people know they can only park one car so every room has a spot. I got again eyes rolled at me and attitude from the staff.

Overall, this property was a nice stay for an overnight. The room was clean, but did have peeling on the ceiling in the bathroom (Possibly due water from the shower). The pool area was HEAVILY chlorinated so we did not use for more than 5-10 minutes.
