Review of my stay in Orlando

The outside and atrium of the hotel is impressive and it's in a great location, however the rooms could use a refresh. The bathroom especially. The shower was so low it hit me in the chest and I have to bend over to wash my hair and upper body. No one told me that they didn't clean and refresh the rooms daily due to covid and when I asked to have the room done it wasn't until the day before I left. I had a jacket I needed seamed and the receptionist did it for free which was very nice and I tipped her but when I took the jacket out to wear it is was still heavily wrinkled so I had to do it with the iron in the room. The bed and pillows were hard and I had the worst nights sleep in years and the towels were rough!

Beautiful hotel

Walking distance to SeaWorld. 7 minute walk. On-site parking was 30/day and resort fee was 35/day. Splash pad slides weren’t open during our stay. Hotel lobby is very nice and beautiful at night. Room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. Bath tub had a ring where there was standing water. We didn’t bother complaining but it was an inconvenience with a toddler. Room was pretty standard outside of that. A little bigger than typical 3-star hotels. Had a nice couch and living area. Would definitely stay again if visiting SeaWorld.

Amazing stay. From the moment you step in the beautiful hotel to the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The nice accommodating staff and amazing room service! So convenient. You sure get what you pay for at this hotel. Just by chance we stayed here, and now we will be life long visitors! We signed up for the rewards too because we are already planning our next stay. By the way, it was just my fiancé and I, we had the best time. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Just ok

Good location for visiting Sea World. Our room was quiet and large, we had a corner unit with the king bed and sectional sofa. The pull out bed is not comfortable at all! You can feel the bars under the mattress. Our teenage daughter just slept on the couch without pulling out the hide a bed. Check in and out was quick and easy. Parking attendants were not welcoming and were rude. The restaurants have very limited hours, it never worked with our schedule to eat at any of them. They also only have 3 places to eat, one for breakfast, one for lunch which is at the pool, and one for dinner. Then they have a separate bar area the closes at 10:00. So unless you are early birds on vacation and go to bed early, you may not find any of this convenient. Our stay was just average, nothing special. Parking for electric car was great with several charging stations. However they had at least 80% of the spots always closed off. On our last day only our space was not closed off. Really weird. I don't think we would stay here again, there are so many options that we can find better places and better customer service. And they don't have shuttle service. There is a bus that you can pay for that meets outside the hotel just off property. It will take you to i-drive locations. We were told it picks up about every 30 minutes. We didn't use it since we could drive where we needed to go in less time, so was not much use for us.

Renaissance Orlando at Sea World.

Every single staff member we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The entire place was sparkly clean and the kids loved the outdoor play area and swimming pools. Also the parking area was convenient to walk to Sea World and back.

Hotel was very accommodating to check in wary as my daughter was there for dance intensive seminar at hotel. Staff were very nice especially Nicole at the poolside bar who was EXCEPTIONAL at being a beautiful human beings going above and beyond to take care of us and keep my kids feeing special.
