I stayed in a fairly small room. It was quite cosy with decent amenities and a comfortable bed. The only downside was that the sink wasn't quite big enough to actually wash up dishes from the kitchenette. Check-in was really easy and straightforward.

Nice stay with my daughter the beds were really comfy. It was a hot day but the room remained cool as it is at basement level. Lovely room with patio. Including a hob for cooking. A double glazed panel has been installed so is very quite for the location which is moments from the sea front. Was nice to not have lifts and long journey to the room like you do at larger hotels. Nice touches with body creams and hot drinks.

4 nights at One Broad St smelt musty on arrival on entering the room this was more noticeable ,dusty carpet and the decorative foliage was just a dust magnet,other reviews had warned of bed bug and this proved to be true ,cracked ceiling and walls ,all added to our disappointment kitchen was usable for our needs ,no room servicing until 4 days or more are stayed ,staff non existant ,we expected noise from the street so wasnt surprised but dont expect a quiet night if staying over the weekend, property do supply earplugs for this reason

Overall enjoyed our stay in the room, which was good value for money, especially for the location, however there are some things to be aware of before staying. Firstly, the late check in of 3pm and not being able to leave your bags in the hotel after check out was a bit inconvenient. Secondly, the room was not exactly as advertised online despite the option to choose. In addition, whilst the room was generally well maintained and the bathroom and bedding was clean, there was a lot of dust, particularly around the kitchen area. Lastly, the bed and pillows were generous, but slightly hard and uncomfortable and there is a bright light above the fire door, which inhibited our sleep. Did not meet the hosts being a smart hotel, however contact details were provided incase of any problems.

Clean room, albeit a bit tired. Whilst the dyson fan was much appreciated, it did not compensate for how incredibly hot it was! Even with the fan on full blast trying to cool and the windows open, it felt like the sahara. The mini fridge was pumping out an incredible amount of heat too. Coffee machine and mini kitchen area were useful. The bathroom was very tidy, even if a bit small, and the shower had great power. The view was limited, but a view of the sea was possible if leaning out into the bay area. Very expensive for the quality, expected more for the cost.
