The pictures of the hotel show clean rooms, which is truthful however there was algae growing on the swimming pool and the place was littered with trash. Additionally, the floors were disgusting and bandaids were placed over the peepholes of the doors. It didn't feel safe at all.

Place is not good, is very dirty the reception , elevators, carpets around, room was clean towels clean, there is no restaurant, no food, no breakfast no coffee, nothing to do with pictures in the web, scary area, also some homeless around,

Pulling up to the front the hotel was very crowded outside with cars and could hardly get through. Front desk representative was over an hour late for shift and nobody was at the front desk for check in. After leaving and coming back 10 minutes later, she was finally there assisting all the people in line who had been waiting to check in. Imagine your flight being delayed 3 times, getting to your destination finally, having to wait for a long line in order to check in, only to be told that my room was given away. Then having to call around at 12/1 am to find a place to stay for the night. Her only explanation was that she was checking on it. How do you give a room away that was paid for in advance when it was booked.

There wasnt any soap in the shower, but there was someone elses hair. Also, no hair dryer, which i didnt rlly mind except it was specifically highlighted as some special perk. Super cheap tho

A solid old building that was probably a nice hotel 50 yrs ago but is being ran into the ground. No airport shuttle, number for airport shuttle was never answered after many calls and 15 min hold. The carpet looks like its been in a garage for 20yrs, security is questionable. I never smelled so much weed, all night long. Some noise but being a solid old cement building helped

No air or heat. Room door looked like it was kicked in. Lobby, elevator and hallway was dirty. Pool area didn’t look like the picture onsite. Not enough towels. No breakfast or bar area.

Choose this hotel for the prise and airport convenience. Very disappointed that the free airport shuttle was out of service. Having to pay for transport to the airport to access Bart increased the cost . Also having to pay for parking that I was led to believe was free also increased cost. No complimentary coffee in room let alone any coffee in hotel. Nearest coffee 2 blocks away. Only 1 small bath towel supplied it was fairly thick. The dispenser soap containers were empty but small bottles of shampoo etc was supplied. The room was clean and that was appreciated.

Person checking me in was very helpful. Bed was comfy, room was clean except for a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The carpet throughout the whole place was very stained.
