Misrepresented don’t stay there
This hotel misrepresented itself
1. The back door was broken and often left propped open making for an unsafe environment
2. The room smelled like someone had smoked a pack of Camels in the room
I had to request a new room
3. The new room was barely passable. There were lights that did not work, couldn’t take a bath because there was no stopper, the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were unbearable
4. A guest on the neighboring room ranted and railed into the wee hours of the morning and the front desk never picked up the phone when we called
5. The ice machine was broken on the second floor, and the railings were unsafe o. The stairs
