Our room was clean and spacious. The air conditioner worked very well and was quiet. The pillows were excellent and there was plenty of hot water. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly at check in/out and when I had questions.

We've stayed before and will again. A spacious room, good fridge and microwave, and overall great value. We like their first floor rooms to avoid stairs. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. There is plenty of parking and stores are nearby. The center of town is 10-15 min away by car.

This stay was a last minute booking, I didn't have time to read any of the reviews, just booked and hoped for the best. Unfortunately, I got a room with a noisy A/C unit and non effective cooling so I spent a sleepless night. I didn't use any of the amenities so I can't comment on those. There was plenty of parking, so no issue there. The only interaction with staff was when I checked in, which was late about 11:30 pm. I was out by 7:30 am and gone. Just a quick pit stop for some shut eye and a shower.

Honestly before booking, I read all the reviews and was a little concerned about what they said, as far as homeless people and stuff like that. Which there were some, the outside of the property is a little scary looking. However, the room itself, and the interior of the hotel was excellent. In fact everything in my room was brand new. The heater worked perfect the shower worked perfect and will definitely stay again.

The room was clean enough at first glance. I later found there was a used plate left in my room from a previous guest. Im not picky, i usually choose budget options. That's why i still gave 3 stars. That said, what bothered me the most was that there was 2-3 people who seemed to be squatting in the parking lot for there entirety of my stay.
