Our room was nice, neat, and clean, however our shower did not drain properly and subsequently flooded the entire bathroom and some of the room. Upon checkout I notified front desk, and the assistant on duty notified me that the person in charge was not on the property and that she could not help. She noted the incident in a notebook and stated that the property manager would reach out in a timely manner. I was never contacted by the property regarding the matter. This is my 5th or 6th stay at Cotton House and the first time this has happened. Even though my stay was for 1 night I would have like to have been accommodated in some sort of way whether it had just been correspondence from whomever in charge because I would hate for someone else to experience this issue if it hasn’t been fixed by now. My stay was on February 8,2025. It is February 24, 2025 as of this review.
