Staff wouldnt speak at all to you...when you ask for towels etc they act like they are sacred to respond or something or as if they are lost or dont speak english.. The breakfast was ok... The pool was amazing, the kids loved it.. The rooms were nice but never enough towels. When asking for more towels they never gave it to us..they said there was simply no more...for three days my family couldnt get more towels.. It seemed like there was no staff available to tend to anyone...

BED BUGS, BED BUG, BED BUGS!!!! First, they have check in with someone on camera inside of this kiosk. Then, you don’t see any physical staff on the premises until the next day. When I saw a manager during breakfast, I informed him that my wife had many bed bug bites all over her body. He asked me if I had reported it to the kiosk? Yes he said kiosk. I said that I was waiting until I saw a real person. He asked me if I was Staying another night? I said no, that we were about to check out. He said, that’s too bad, and added that he would comp the next night stay. I said, how about some compensation for the crappy night stay (partial refund would have satisfied me). His response, oh we don’t do that, I said, ok then I’ll go ahead and leave an honest review. Also my wife spotted a roach in the bathroom.

The Hotel was the dirtiest we have ever stayed at. Rusted toilet paper holder, scratched walls, bathtub had broken enamel. Rusted refrigerator door. Ice covered freezer compartment.

I don't usually write bad reviews; we can all make mistakes! But at this hotel, I think everything was wrong! The smell of dampness throughout the hotel and the room was awful, the carpets were horribly dirty, as were the walls and bathrooms! I suggest the owners do something urgently because reviews like this will be repeated often!

When you walk in, you're not even greeted by a human, just a virtual kiosk with a virtual presence on a screen. The beds are NOT queen beds, they are double beds which are substantially smaller. TV #1 had 6 channels that worked, TV #2 didn't work at all. No extra blankets or pillows for the pull out couch. My socks got wet walking on the damp carpet. The shower has mildew buildup all over the silicone. The lamps are all rusted from the humidity in the room. We stay in about 40 hotels per year, and this has been among the worst we have stayed in and we haven't even made it to breakfast yet. We aren't getting our hopes up, we're already looking for an IHOP.

There was no one at the desk only a kiosk with a person in another country to check us in. The hair dryer didn’t work and the toilet did not have a lid on it only a seat. That’s not hygienic. Would not recommend this place AT ALL!!
