Lack of an elevator was the only thing lacking from this unique B&B. That being said it is clearly advertised that there is no elevator. It was clean & comfortable in a great location. Not recommended if you have heavy luggage or a disability. Otherwise it was a lovely stay with clear communication.

Artemide guest house was well located. The room was very clean and modern. However, two major issues: the a/c didn’t work even though the room got hot. Apparently one can not put on ac till mid may. One could not open the window because the alarm would ring, and because there are lots of mosquitoes outside. The entry to the apartment on the ground floor just stinks. The area possibly has never been cleaned. Its a pity because the apartment itself is nice and modern and clean. Overall not a great experience.

There is no staff on location, so make sure to reach out to them beforehand if you want to drop-off luggage prior to check-in. Check in process was very easy and convenient. We were able to check in early which we really appreciated. This residence was located close to the train which was very convenient, and in good walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. We stayed in room 4, and our only complaint is that the room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. Otherwise, would highly recommend this residence.

Our room was immaculate. Really spotless. Great shower and everything supplied. A good firm bed which might be too firm for some people but perfect for us. It’s a little unnerving to enter the building into a dark and rather basic entrance and then it’s four flights of stone stairs to get to the actual guesthouse. 3 key codes needed to get in so be prepared. Once in it’s very pleasant. No receptionist or anything but the cleaner was helpful in the morning. The location is great. Near everything.

Perfect size room for a family of 4. Bathroom is well maintaned and clean. Beds are comfy. Close to the center. Only issue was that the bunk bed stairs were not fixed and was wobbly. Our 10 year old managed with some assistance but definetely not suitable for a young child.
