It was a nightmare! The Hotel was not at all the way it was described on hotels.com!! Or advertised anywhere, it was not a Hotel at all, it was a studio apartment at best inside a commercial building, there was no beds they were cots! As hard as the stones in Athens, there is no front desk at the location, there was no concierge, at the location, the unit was very dirty, the towels smelled horrendous, the walls were dirty, when I called the hotel upon arrival and discovered that there was no front desk or anyone to assist me they gave me a combination to a lock box to let myself in, there was no bottle of wine and promised by hotels.com! It was the worst stay, I have ever had in any, hotel in all my years. There was condoms in the room on the shelf when we arrived! No closet just a rack.

Remote check-in was successful but could be improved. We were contacted via WhatsApp, e-mail and through the Hotels.com app. It seemed a bit elaborate just to arrange a lockbox code. In other aspects, the room was very good and clean. There were some menus for several nearby restaurants. We ate at “Grill House” twice as they had a nice dinner and super-good staff. There are several other choices of restaurants including breakfast. The area around the hotel was quiet, walkable and safe.

I've stayed with the GK group before, and it's always been good. This was a last-minute booking, and it was very easy to accomplish. I got a shuttle from the airport, and the drive was very friendly and helpful. It is a separate apartment and not a part of a hotel per se, but the room was in great condition and there was coffee and tea available for the morning. I will stay there again when I need an overnight before a flight and don't want to pay outrageous prices at the hotel on airport property. In previous stays, I have eaten in the Markopoulo area and had very good experiences.

For one night, is a good and spacious property to stay. Close to the airport but we have to travel by taxi because it wasn't a free shuttle in the hours that we have to arrive. 300mts from rhe building, is there a local greek restaurant with very good food and nice attention. But is important to know: the building seems as an office building that was reformed for rental apartments and there are not a reception there. Also the area is not a tourist area but is good for everybody that have to be close to the airport and need one night to rest. The communication with the host was very good because every question was answered in a short time.

We used this facility for a brief one night stay for our flight connection, it functions very well for our purpose. I'd like to give 4.5 stars for rating. Pro: The suite was very big with all necessary amenities; the building was very safe with security code which hotel sent to us via email; the airport transportation was very convenient, the drivers were nice Con: Furniture in the suite were a little fewer, rooms looked pretty empty and not warm; there's no on-spot service even reception desk, everything should be communicated remotely via email or WhatsApp. For the people who's not comfortable with this kind of service, it might be a Con part. But to be honest, this modern/advanced service model worked pretty efficiently and low costing. This is the first time for us to be exposed to this kind of service, we were not very confident at beginning, but after went through whole process, we would accept and like this service model in the future.

The suites were big clean, beautiful nice big balcony lotta windows had a refrigerator sink plates utensils I loved everything about it. I did wish I’d have a toaster so I can toast some bread and a microwave so I can warm up some leftover or some food that are bought in the minimart there is a minimart, not even a block away from the property And you can buy almost anything there.

I chose to stay there for a night because it offered a free shuttle 24h to the airport. The hotel is close to the airport but ot at a walkable distance from the center of Athens were many sites are.
