チェックイン時、対面でチェックインしようとしたところ、自動チェックイン機でチェックインしてくださいと案内され、操作した。タッチ入力で操作したが、時間がかかってしまい、あとから入ってきた宿泊者が対面でチェックインして先に済ませていたのは納得いかなかった。 客室は綺麗で過不足なく必要なものは揃っていたのは良かったが、バスルームで排水溝と思われるところから嫌な匂いがしたのはマイナスポイントだった。 比較的安価で、アメニティを必要な分フロントの脇から自分で持っていくスタイルは、過剰なサービスがもったいないと思う客にはウケると思うので、もう少しの配慮があればと思いました。 細かいところにコメントしましたが、アーケードから近いところにあり便利な立地でもあることから、全体としては満足です。
