Questionable guests, they appeared to live there. Lots of late night activity from those guests, we could hear them outside of our room past midnight. The room was clean which we appreciate however the exterior of the motel needs some upkeep to help it feel safer and desirable. For example, better landscape, cleaner hallways, cleaner parking lot. Not sure if this can be improved but there was a lot of road noise that could be heard through the night. Staff was nice.

Hotel was good. Clean, nice rooms, plenty of space. Staff was pleasant. But nighttime arrival was interesting ...checking in through a bullet proof window with a gate stopping me parking my car. Again, the place is nice...and Starbucks is 50 yards away. But there are tweakers, hookers etc. They left me alone (and I have a fancy car) ... So that is good.
