The only thing that's really HILTON quality in this hotel is the staff. Brilliant people!!!
Apart from that the hotel is a real let down.
Rooms are nicely sized but that's about it. Really old furniture, wallpaper coming off the walls… They need an urgent renovation. Apparently the hotel was inaugurated in 2014 but it feels it was built around 1980.
Breakfast has a really small variety of options for a hotel chain that's supposed to be among the best in the world. Also the breakfast room is really small for the size of the hotel and the total number of rooms (236). We were all crammed at certain times in the morning.
The meeting room I used was fine in size and also in facilities (great image and sound system). But for two days straight we complained the coffee maker did not work and nobody fixed it. It was as simple as bringing another one, but no. Cheaper to be left inside the meeting room… not working.
As I said the only good thing about this hotel is its staff. And ovbously its location in central Brussels. But that's just about it.

It was a fine place. good location. I wrote very clearly that my mother was in a wheel chair since she suffers from Parkinson’s and they gave us a room that was hard for her to get around. When asked about this they said there were no other rooms available but when I spoke to house keeping they showed me a room that was also a junior suite that would have been exponentially better for my mom to get around and was available/not booked. One top of that three of the blinds were broken and they did not fix it after was asked. My father was woken up at 5 am because of the sun shining through. I think they did their best and the workers were nice enough but you could get the sense that they did not want to deal with us. In the future I would choose another place.
