Unable to access floor that room was on safely. One door didn't work and the other door was accessed by steep stairs. Got room changed and had to walk up stairs to access floor from parking lot. Only way to get to elevator was from front door and no where near front door.safety handrail in tub was broken off and leaning against wall

The hotel is being neglected. Leaky drains, water damage and questionable guests- definitely NOT a safe experience. I can’t attach the video of sink drain leaking terribly and garbage from previous stay under bathroom sink. Disgusting!

Horrible! Run away

Horrible experience. Dirty, not friendly, the whole hotel smelled like weed. At midnight there was a woman walking around the lobby barefoot. Front desk was rude and could barely speak or understand English. I had the so called presidential suite…let me tell you…nothing presidential about it. Dirty, cracked walls, smelly. Charging 2 dollars per bottle or water!! AND on top of it, the guy at the front desk said he doesn’t have change for a 20!!! How do you charge cash only but don’t have change! Never ever will I stay at this hotel.

When we arrived at the hotel the systems were down and had to wait to check in. Liz was nice enough to let us in our room before paying. The bathroom sink was leaking and the tub was nasty. The next morning housekeeping entered our room while we were sleeping at 9:50 but check out was at 11 I thought that was very unprofessional and an invasion of my privacy.

Worst hotel stay ever

Here is a list of things that went wrong during my 2 night stay. - [ ] Didn’t empty trash - [ ] Toilet not connected to floor securely - [ ] Bathtub silver thing hanging out - [ ] Customer service lacking. Requested towels twice before receiving - [ ] 2nd room had floaters on tub drain with standing water - [ ] No phone - [ ] No radio - [ ] Needed a new key to my room 3 times because it was deactivate. It wasn’t next to any other card - [ ] The African American girl in afternoon/evening rude and unprofessional - [ ] Elevator stopped working until 4:00pm - [ ] Jacuzzi closed - [ ] Pool didn’t open until 4:00 and still closed at 9:00. Mgmt refused to leave it open longer - [ ] Transients eating breakfast with guests and bothering myself and my guest - [ ] Breakfast was trash - [ ] 2nd room key didn’t work upon trying had to go back to have it activated - [ ] Unprofessionally chewing gum while waiting on guests - [ ] No remote for the Tv - [ ] Only one trash can

Terrible

Terrible stay. Keys to the door wouldn’t work. Had to go to the front desk 3 times and finally someone came back to open the door with a master key. Never gave us a replacement. Stepped on a crack pipe in the hall. Next morning work up to ants on the desk and in the bed.

A one nighter. Would of love to a morning swim,pool doesnt open til noon. The outside doors would not allow enterance even with key card. It made a much longer walk to get to room. For the price, I think there's improvement to accommodate the customer

Stay away BED BUGS! Unsafe! Broken Locks

We were in rooms 212 and 219 and we got bedbugs. The elevators are broken. The luggage carts are broken. There’s one person working the front desk during busy times. The door knob on my bathroom fell off and I was trapped in the bathroom. The floors are broken. The security door number two on the back of hotel is broken. Anyone can come and go. Many of the door key locks are so loose. They’re about to fall off. Strangers could easily break into the hotel and push your door open and rob you or assault you. Most of the lights in the back parking lot that is way behind the hotel are broken so it is dark with no security and bedbugs breakfast was a few pieces of bread put out and 1 quart of milk and two little containers of cereal. Please file bankruptcy if you own this hotel, let it go. Your bedbugs have ruined our vacation. I am reporting you to the state of Ohio. You have numerous safety violations and public health code violations your hotel is infested. If you’re traveling, stay away stay away stay away.

Health department should be called.

Air conditioning did not work in the room was hot, there was no shower curtain and the tub was dirty, there was mold spots on the bottom side of the ice bucket lid, there was a very large coffee stain on the comforter, there was something brown that was smeared on the carpet and the resemblance of dog poop, the floors were not vacuumed, The light bulbs in the lamps on the nightstands were dim and flickering, trash cans were completely full and overflowing at the entrance of the hotel as well as inside on the fourth floor.

Do not stay here! Dirty and rude staff

We were there for a concert and it was extremely busy and we had to wait to check in, so we dropped our bags in the room and had to quickly leave before getting a good view of it, but we noticed the cigarette smoke immediately. When we got back at 1:30am we found some ants on the desk and noticed the bathroom looked like it had Water leaking previously. We went down to the front desk and no one was there (found out the clerk was sitting out front, smoking cigarettes with one of the guest). We ended up just going to bed cause it was only a few hours before we had to get up and check out. The common areas such as hallway and elevators, were filthy throughout the entire hotel. One of us woke up with a couple ants in our bed and then we noticed the bathroom was leaking from the ceiling from the upstairs room showering. There was a puddle on the bathroom floor and clearly you could tell that the previous damage we thought from an old leak had been going on for a long time. When I let the clerk know at check out of the issues, they said why didn’t you say anything in the middle of the night and I told them nobody was at the desk. And when I asked about a refund, they said they can’t help me because I booked through a third-party, hotels.com, and basically told me too bad. I spoke with hotels.com and they are trying to remediate the situation..

Nice stay

Well, for the bad rap it got it actually was an enjoyable place to stay. Maybe we got lucky maybe that’s the way it always is but it was fine. Good room for the money comfortable some of the furniture a little beat up but not oh my God terrible. People at the reception desk were super nice in a Mexican restaurant conveniently attached was kind of a plus.

Checking in I asked to add more people to my stay and was told no that I had to buy extra wristbands to get access to the pool even if I wasn’t swimming, So paid an extra $40 for nothing because the pool was closed. My bathroom wall and behind the toilet was disgusting and had black mold all around it. This place is not safe with collapsing ceiling tiles throughout the hotel. The parking lot had a dead mouse right outside the doors. The other accessible doors do not work with your key card you HAVE to go through the main entrance and the parking is far away from the doors.
