Even in this review the featured picture is a pool. Not once on the Expedia site or the hotel's own site does it mention that the pool is permanently closed. Just once small sign at check in.

It is funny that the only picture is of the pool that is closed permanently. the hotel is in very poor shape. It is old, dirty, and totally out of place in the area of town. I do not often leave a review but feel that need to this time. I cut my stay short and moved to another hotel. The staff was very nice.

Bad place to stay

Pool permanently closed no WiFi one bed was springy had dips in it the other was just worn out. Carpet badly stained, sink wouldn’t drain bathtub painted and peeling the room had a musty smell clerk was very rude. The outside very run down also.

Time to scrap this place.

The room next door was rented to 6 teenagers that were loud and we’re up all night. My wife and I got zero sleep. Management wouldn’t do anything about it. Also the buildings exterior and ground were sorely neglected.

There is an old western saying, in reference to a neglected horse: " It looks like it has been ridden hard and put away wet." This about sums up this facility. It was clean and the bed comfortable. It took literally hours for the tub to drain; we were not told that there would be no room service for 7 days, the breakfast facilities were sad, the pool is closed permanently, so the picture at left is not accurate, the exterior is battered. I expect the facility will be soon replaced with something more profitable.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. First room we got, 210, had dried blood on the hairdryer and pubic hair on the toilet and tub. We were given another room that was dirty and the end sunken. We were going to dinner and were told when we got back we would be given as many room keys as we wanted to find a room that was “suitable” enough. After 5 other dirty rooms we found the least disgusting. We stayed that night and then checked out and find another hotel. They do NOT adhere to any special cleaning and disinfecting practices.

Terrible info security, unreliable staff

Experienced credit card fraud when trying to put a card on file. Staff were unresponsive despite manager's requests. Communication problems. Deposit waived, but that was not what I had requested. Politeness, deposit waiver that was not asked for, and an extra hour on a late checkout does NOT make up for the inconvenience and violation of having credit card information stolen.

My credit card was defrauded after trying to put a card on file. The staff were unresponsive to the manager's requests - poor communication resulted in delays and poor service. There are no door hangers to request cleaning service, so one must take the time to do so in person or by phone. Bad experience overall. They made only minimal efforts to make up for the violation and significant inconvenience of having credit card information stolen.

Worse hotel stay ever.

First and for most the room smelled of mildew. There was no fridge or microwave in the room. The balcony was slanted away from the building naking it seem it might fall. There was trash on the balcony all night the ice machine was not in a convient location. And the so calked breakfast was a joke.

The location is great, staff were wonderful, room was clean. The walkways need refinishing and the continrntal breakfast was dusappointing. I imagine ths changes to breakfast were in response to the pandemic. We've stayed here before and liked it. This time it seemed like the place is showing its age. We liked the convenience of Perkins diner sharing the parking lot.

Friendly Staff, Property Needs Facelift

The staff was very friendly and the room was very quiet despite the hotel being at a fairly busy intersection. I had added a night prior to my stay by booking directly through the hotel. As a result I had to check in twice. I was surprised when the Front Desk staff stated that normally there's an additional $75 fee charged to guests booking through third party sights 😕 Fortunately I was not charged this fee. The photos of the property are obviously old - perhaps taken when the hotel was newly built. The photos are NOT representative of the current condition of the property.

The pits

Photos on website do not reflect actual property condition. Its a motel with outside entry to rooms. Water pipe burst, our apartment suite uninhabitable because of state of disrepair but they allowed me to book it anyway. Told me it was not available as i checked in. I had family staying with us for my sons graduation which i could no longer entertain. Outdoor stairwell had caution tape as it was crumbling off its moorings.Room was dirty on arrival and no housekeeping available unless you check out so i had to restock and vacuum my room. The power and AC went out every night at 3 am( we stayed 3 nights only because there were no vacancies in Cherry Creek, Denver area) , I'm assuming, to save energy but that meant no hot water at 6 am when i needed to shower to get ready for my son's graduation. I needed an early checkout but front lobby was locked so i banged on the door until a gentleman came out of the back pulling up his pants to tell me he couldn't check me out properly because he doesnt handle payments. I felt terrible for the day front desk staff who obviously make none of these decisions but had to deal with irate guests continually. Overall, they need to make big changes or do not offer them as an option on Hotels.com
