Okay I rarely leave reviews and I NEVER leave bad ones but this was insane. I arrived about an hour early. The parking lot was empty other than 2 cars, and it was filled with pot holes. I asked the front desk attendant if we could check in early, she very rudely said no, we have nothing clean. The no was not the issue. The tone was. So we wait. We check in at 3, go into the room. It is incredibly run down. The beds both have stains and there was a very weird smell. Upon sitting on the bed there was a super loud popping noise. It was a giant mental frame they placed the beds on that were bending with every movement. It was incredibly obnoxious and a problem with BOTH beds. Insane. So I go to shower. There are no towels. Just one dirty used hand towel. I go to the front desk and ask the woman who is sitting there on her phone with sunglasses on if I can have some towels. Without responding to me she starts walking down the hall to the laundry room so I follow her. She opens the door, looks in, and says “we have none clean, sorry” and turned to walk away. I said “none?” She said no we’ve been busy sorry and walked away. So about an hour later I’m laying on the bed, not completely dressed, and one of the workers, a man, just WALKED IN. No knock. No anyone in here, just walked in while talking on his cell phone on speaker. I said what the **** and he just said oh sorry, put the 2 towels on the bed and left the room. The TV didn’t work. I woke up covered in bug bites. Don’t stay.

The building is poorly maintained eg. the exterior doors mishave in such a way as to be unpredictable to open or close and when they do close, they sound like a bomb has gone off in the neighborhood. I enjoyed the gym equipment, the TV options, the comfortable bedding, the nice staff. I missed having an elevator to the second floor, any fresh or quality food at the free breakfast, and a quiet environment. For the price, I would stay there again, but bring earplugs.

The room was more than neglected; it felt as though it had been abandoned. There were roaches in the room, and the linens were filthy and blood-stained. There was no proper bedding. Only 2 towels, no wash clothes. Toilet running over and saturating the carpet, and was not immediately cleaned up. There were holes in the hotel ceiling with plywood nailed to cover it up. The hotel entrance doors have no safety due to no handles or being broken. The emergency exit lights were dismantled, and the wires were hanging down. The fire alarms weren't working. There was so much noise at night that it was hard to sleep. The continental breakfast was a joke: coffee from the previous day in the thermos, cold cereal but no milk, no fruit or yogurt, bread, and muffins from days gone by. The juice machine is out of order. If I could post pictures to prove the false advertisement of how the rooms really look, I would. This hotel needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!

The hotel was in the horrible condition, security doors were broken and anyone could walk in off the street. The linens were all stained and the room was in extremely poor condition. The thermostat on the room heater was broken as the heat would get up into the 80s, requiring me to get up and down to shut it off and on. Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I expected much more from a Wyndham hotel.
