Came down for an event and we definitely didn’t enjoy this hotel. No towels, ice machine wasn’t working, juice machine was out of order and staff was overall unfriendly. Only good thing is the location is close to the airport and convenient.

The hotel looked poorly maintained. Comforters and blankets on the bed were rough and not comfortable. The tub and shower was bumpy and slick. When I checked in I was giving a key card to a room that somebody was already in. I will not be staying in this hotel again.

The staff was really nice but this hotel is very low quality and gross. I’m pretty sure there was pee all over our walls. Ceiling was falling apart. The bed was clean…I but everything else was filthy and the walls are paper thin. You definitely get what you pay for.

This place is disgusting! It should be illegal for them to charge you to stay there. The staff is rude and unhelpful, the place is disgusting and run down. The vending machines, ice machine on the second floor and juice machine for breakfast do not work. The towels they give you are rough and they will only give you two so one per guest in our case. The comforter was stained. The hotel stinks. Pay a few more dollars and stay somewhere else.

The side entrance marked “G” didn’t fully lock. Out of all the outlets in the room only 2 were functional which included one hanging out if the wall which could be a fire hazard. The key lock to the door had the circuit hanging out. Very unclean feeling. I would not recommend.

The staff at check-in were friendly. The ceiling in the hallway looked like it had some damage and/or mold problems. Our room was very poor. It was a dark room, and one of the lamps didn't work. The refrigerator didn't work. The bathroom had a dead spider on the floor. The tub had peeling white paint. The shower curtain was filthy. The towels, which included 2 bath towels and 1 washcloth, looked stained and dirty. But the location was good, and the bed was OK. However, we will not be staying there again.

Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Halls smelled like a combination of pot and piss. Hotel room smelled okay was run down though. Went to dry off after a shower. 1st towel had brown stains on it. 2nd towel had yellow stains. The sheets had stains on them. I avoided the main entrance as it smelled so bad in the hallway above. Used a side entrance that was dirty and looked like somewhere to watch your step for needles. Side door wasn’t locked day or night so a security issue. Hope I don’t have to stay here again. I was hesitant to even leave my stuff in my hotel room at a hotel this dirty and shady looking.

1st room I was assigned smelled like urine then i was assigned a different room that had mold on the bathroom walls and a flooded bathroom floor. I asked for a different room assignment and was told that they were suddenly sold out. when asked if I could be financially compensated they said no because i booked through hotels.com instead of directly from them. then i was offered a 2nd night at half off only if i paid upfront. also promised that maintence would come and fix the issues when I arrived back at the room the 2nd night nothing had been done and no one was willing to help. terrible experience. I asked for a refund and was told no.

Everything was in working order. I felt that the room was clean. The shower head in our room only had one speed which was the hardest, pelting “massage” level. There was a nice size fridge for our travel food and a microwave in the room. Only shampoo was offered in a very small travel size bottle. We did get more from the front desk. No hair dryer in the room however they gave us one from the front desk. Breakfast is very basic. No hot protein choices only waffles, hard boiled eggs, bananas, a couple cereals and bagels / toast. It wasn’t horrible but definitely get what you pay for. Or don’t pay for.

The building is poorly maintained eg. the exterior doors mishave in such a way as to be unpredictable to open or close and when they do close, they sound like a bomb has gone off in the neighborhood. I enjoyed the gym equipment, the TV options, the comfortable bedding, the nice staff. I missed having an elevator to the second floor, any fresh or quality food at the free breakfast, and a quiet environment. For the price, I would stay there again, but bring earplugs.
