Did not stay at this hotel, as per checking inn the receptionist stated if the room was dirty come back a get another key because of lack of housekeeping. I an another lady came back twice and asked for refund after second attempt, my rooms were dirty an other ladies first attempt was dirty and her second attempt she was issued another person room. I stated I wanted a refund after the second time I was told have to contact where I booked to get the refund an hotel.com called LaQuinta inn and they refused to give my money back.

Had four room. 2 no hot water in shower. 3 tvs didn’t work. Had to get hotel staff to unlock one room every time went into room. And one had to move because mattress had urine on it

The room was disgusting and smelled like stale cigarettes. The shower had black soap scum. There were no extra outlets. We only stayed one night and the beds were horrible.

I got there to check in at 1645 (Check-in is 1500). They gave me my room, got to the room and it was dirty. It had not been cleaned yet. I go back to the front desk to inform management. The manager on duty was very rude to me in front of a line of other guests checking in and said the room would be clean in 20 minutes or so. He was short handed and if i didnt like it, I could leave and he would reimburse me my money. This is Memorial Day weekend so tjere were no other places to go. I had no chose but to stay. They didnt offer me anything for my inconvenience. When i checked out o spoke to the manager on duty and was told someone would get back to me. Never heard back from them. If i could i would give them a negative rating.

At check in was told I did not have a reservation. After giving id was told i made the reservation for the wrong night. When i produced my confirmation number magically my room was found. The room felt dingy it looked like they were in the process of remodeling rooms. Hopefully thatcwas the case and we just got one that had no been done yet

Hotels.com booked me a room at this over booked hotel. I checked in online and everything. When I got there the front desk lady said we don't have anymore room we over booked. I asked why was I asked to check in early she said I don't know but you need to call whomever you booked through and ask them for a refund. She wouldn't even check the system to see what was going on. When Hotels.com tried to call she didn't even answer the phone.
