The room was completely disgusting and completely outdated. On the website the rooms are renovated well not at this location. I'm 100% certain everything is original. The lady working at the front desk was very nice and offered me a refund. I wouldn't recommend a stat here

No where to park and plus the room looked like someone had been in the room I tried to change room the the lady at the front desk said no so I didn’t stay I left she was supposed to refund me but I haven’t got my money back yet I stayed at the red roof in west Monroe that night

Made a reservation and they did not honor it. Then Expedia had to call to cancel the reservation whilst I’m sure the receptionist could’ve done it herself. Place smelled like marijuana inside.
