I think it’s time the owner of the property get this place cleaned up from The rooms renovations To the cleanliness of the rooms. There’s stains everywhere all over the curtains to the lamp shades,shower curtains are just dirty. This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. The room recked of urine as soon as of walk in the room. The restroom was not properly cleaned there was a used towel hanging across the showers rod. The lights barely worked , and the telephone didn’t work at all.

Formal Complaint Regarding Extremely Poor Hotel Ex

Dear Hotel Platform, I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Our experience was unfortunately marked by a series of unacceptable issues that not only disrupted our business trip but also led to significant additional costs. Below is a summary of the problems we encountered: 1. System Failure and Forced Rebooking at Midnight We had a confirmed booking at your hotel and arrived at the front desk at 12:20 AM. However, we were told that due to a system failure, the staff could not locate our reservation. We were left waiting in the lobby until 1:30 AM, and as the system was still not functional, we were forced to find another place to stay for the night. This resulted in an extra US$298 for alternative accommodation and US$43 in Uber fare. 2. Additional Early Check-in Charge Due to Your System Error The next morning, we returned to the hotel to check in again. Shockingly, the front desk charged us an additional US$30 for early check-in, despite the fact that it was your system error the night before that caused the delay.

Nasty hotel

Do not stay at this hotel. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. The room was disgusting the bed sheets had stains that looked like blood. We didn’t even have towels in our room.

Only if you can’t afford somewhere else.

It was not good. Everything seemed fine till we got to the room. There were only two small pillows on the king size bed, and some of the plug-ins did not work. The blow dryer sounded like it was about to die when I used it.

Just OK

We stayed here for one night, and were only there long enough to sleep. I would not want to stay multiple nights. The hotel seemed to be a little run down. The room was barely under $100 so not sure if it was worth it or not, maybe this is to be expected for the price.

Not sure how this is advertised as a hotel. Carpets were awful. Bathroom a disgrace. Shower was broken and the taps jammed on. I could not switch them off. Informed the reception who did not seem too concerned. I carried on my day with yesterday’s grime rather than ask for another room. Horrible place
