I'll start by saying the location is good and the rooms were clean.
Now the issues started to arise when the TV stopped working, or was unable to connect to the network to basically be able to use the TV at all. So I attempted to connect to the wifi using the password they provided and it never connected.
After I realized it wouldn't connect, I attempted to call the front desk with the phones in the room, but the phone didn't work either!
After attempting to get the phone to work, I realized that wouldn't work either so I called the front desk from my cell phone, and no one answered!
So after none of the amenities I paid for worked, I decided to walk to the front desk which I had to wait 15-20 minutes before getting any help because they were dealing with ANOTHER ISSUE with another guest (booking I believe).
After I told the guy at the desk the TV or phone wasn't working, he said the internet wasn't working for him either which is strange because he was able to help the person before me with something that most definitely needed internet.
So he just apologized and didn't even offer to fix any of the issues.
He also never followed up so overall I felt unvalued as a customer.
