The room’s AC was not working. It was well over 80 degrees. I informed them, but no other room was available as they were full. I understood that there was nothing they could do that night. However, they were not proactive in booking us into another room the next day. My wife went down the next morning and they basically dismissed her and said there was nothing they could do. Miraculously when I went down 30 minutes later they found a room. Basically when a woman asks for a room they dismiss her, but when a man does, they find a room. They said they would remove the charge for that night and issue a refund, however several days later (and after a few emails), they still have not done so. I love radisson blu and have stayed at them in multiple countries, but this one was particularly disappointing.
