Everything was decent but our room had cleanliness concerns. All the surfaces were visibly dirty or sticky, the floors needed vacuuming, the halls were about the same. For $200 a night I would have expected better.

There was a HUGE snow storm this weekend while we were attending a dance competition at the hotel/casino. The staff was polite, helpful, and hardworking. Some staff was working night and day to make sure the guest had what they needed. They kept restaurants open so we had food. Towels and housekeeping was quick even though they were down many employees due to the storm. They should be very proud of all the hard work the employees put in during this time.

Simulated hard wood flooring was cold. Prefer carpet. Chairs rolled out from under you. Refrigerator too tiny. Gym hot tub not working again. Cedar and Sage restaurant was great . Casino was a ripoff.

Our stay was a pleasant experience. The staff were all helpful and friendly. We like staying at Oneida as the casino is conveniently located and their is a coffee shop in the lobby with excellent sandwiches and desserts. Win or lose we always have a great time!

The people across the hall had kids running back and forth between the rooms. They had the door locks outwards so the doors would continue to slam into the lock as they screamed and ran back and forth in the hallway. Mom screaming, grandma screaming. Who brings Nan and the kids to a casino?

We enjoyed our stay at Oneida. Staff was friendly, place was clean and the food was surprisingly good. My only complaint is that the bathroom in our room was awkward. Only a shower and a toilet. The sink was outside the shower, which is fine. But there was no hint of a shelf, vanity, counter, nothing. What am I supposed to do when I get out of a hot shower and dry off. Leave my clothes on the floor where they can get wet, or walk naked out of the warm bathroom to get dressed. A small piece of furniture would go a long way, and there is room.

The cleanliness was shaky. At first look it was fine but as we sat down there were crushed chips under the edge of the bed. On one bed, the blankets were pulled up on one side and tucked but on the wall side they were tangled and gave the impression that it had not been remade completely or maybe even not changed. I was glad we had two beds. The other looked nice and fresh. The shower water was only luke warm. It could not be adjustwd to be any warmer. We would not stay there again. The restaurants were nice and the service and food very good.
