I stayed here last year for SEC Tournament and came back this year. It’s a nice property, clean, comfortable, quiet, and 20 minutes from the stadium. Staff is nice. Breakfast is consistent and good.

It was good except the bed was hard and the people that clean the room knocked on the door at 8:00 AM to check and see what we was gone and we were still asleep. Check out was at 11 o’clock and they knocked at 8 AM and knocked again at 9:00 AM. Very decertified about about that.

This is a good hotel, basic amenities and service. We were very comfortable and it was a clean hotel. Breakfast was a bit ordinary.

Problems with check-in. There is no handicap parking anywhere near the front entrance. I arrive late did not feel comfortable parking my car and coming in to the side entrance, but there is no one to walk with me or help me. I also have a room far from for the elevator and ask for it to be switched on the front office person would not switch it. And she wrote the room number on the little envelope thing, but it was not clear at all, and I was going to the wrong room because I was extremely tired. Just a mess, which was very stressful as I am a 55+ mildly disabled woman on my own. So I personally would never stay there again.

The hotel is nice enough, and the staff was friendly, but it's a 'renovated' hotel that should have hired a better contractor. There are paint drips everywhere, bad patch jobs, rickety elevator. They literally painted the bathtubs - this might be ok if there weren't paint drips dried going down the wall of the tub. It had all the creature comforts though, and the beds weren't bad. The parking lot smelled like 'grass' because folks were always smoking in the corner of the parking lot. It was a safe area though and not once did I ever feel unsafe in the hotel, parking lot, or area at night. Even the people smoking in the parking lot corners trying to be stealthy were friendly! If you can overlook the shoddy renovation, it's a nice place to stay!

We spilled water on the floor in the bathroom and the towel we used to wipe it up was filthy!! At breakfast we had to ask for them to refill coffee and most of the food, many people were waiting. No one was monitoring the area and the girl I asked happen to stroll into the area staring at her phone of course! Food was ok, but not a lot of healthy options. Beds were pretty comfortable at least.

The outside pool was a bit cold. Could have been a bit warmer. I would like to see more than one chair in the room when you have more than one person in the room. Otherwise it was a great stay.
