Sad to say it could have been better!

We were looking for a place we could stay with our 11# pet. Booked with la Quinta because we thought it would be a nice clean hotel. Our room was o.k., beds were very clean and comfortable. The room smelled very strong of a cleaning product. The only time I have ever had to go to the front deck to get our towels and washcloths. We travel a number of times a year and never had to do this before. We had to park at the side of the building and go in a side door. No problem except the area around the door and sidewalk was very dirty. Needed a good cleaning, not just one day dirty. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. Lots of good places close by to eat. Don’t think we will stay there again.

Literally ew

The room literally felt damn from the humidity. The sheets felt wet. The room was gross. Missing pictures off the wall . The pictures that were on there has water damage. Stains all over carpet in hall. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Tv didn’t even have a way to watch Netflix or anything. The chair in the room had stains alone with the bedding. The white comforter had literally stains on it.

DO NOT STAY HERE. BLACK MOLD AND NASTY.

This property was in disrepair. The first room was not clean and we did not feel safe. The room we were moved to had black mold all over the pull out sofa and was so old and just plain gross. We had to check out for our own health. We had a reserved a family suite so beware! The only good thing was the manager quickly gave me a refund. However, looking at other reviews, this is NOT NEW. They are ignoring issues and taking people’s money. Do not stay here.

They just can’t get right…lol

When we first got there, they gave us keys and sent us to a room that had not been cleaned yet. So we went back down to the front desk and got keys for a different room. Those keys did not work so we go back downstairs.AGAIN, And they finally brought the right key. On top of that, the shower faucet would not stop running. We had to have four different people come in and out of our room to fix it. I think the least that they should’ve done was the offer our money back. This was supposed to be a great getaway weekend for my birthday. Very disappointed
