Hotel is under remodel process and didn’t advise in advance. They’re having trouble with air condition and when we ask for help the person on the counter says I’m sorry, but we’re having trouble with air conditioning in the hotel, so temperature is hot. Location is good

I was paying good money for the smallest room I've ever seen in my entire travel history - NOT a single desk, so I had to work with my laptop on a pillow in bed, the bed was not only too small but uncomfortable, there was only 1plug in the whole room, but thanks to myself I had an extension with me. I must say it was the worst hotel I ever stayed in, never ever again. I would never recommend this fxxking hotel to anyone and I meant it!!!

La recepcionista que nos hizo check-in estaba de malas, de jeta, NO nos dio detalles sobre la habitación, le tuvimos que sacar respuestas a tirabuzón... terrible... no sabe atender huéspedes. Y la habitación TERRIBLE... habia 4 ganchos para colgar ropa de dos adultos, los utilities del baño estaban a medio usar por huéspedes anteriores y NO nos pusieron nuevos, además UN SOLO RACK para maletas de dos adultos... la regadera AÚN PEOR, se salía toda el agua al bañarse por la porquería de instalación que tiene. La verdad es que NO LO RECOMIENDO EN LO ABSOLUTO!

Very basic, tiny room and our room was so close to the lift we were kept awake all night. Plug socket beside bed didn't work. Couldn't open bathroom door fully as bed was there. Asked reception if we could move rooms or pay for a larger room away from the lift which was declined.

They were doing renovations and we had drywall dust all over the bathroom and construction noice started at 7:00 am. Sink was broke - had to get maintenance to fix.

It is okay. The hotel is under renovation and it has impact to the stay. The reception is good. One of the receptionist is nice and show friendliness while the other show us cold face. Elevator is small and slow. The room is okay. They gave us welcome chocolate which is awesome. The coffee they offer is fine.

The location of the hotel is phenomenal. It's adjacent to Dam square, McDonald's and Albert hijn right next door. Walking proximity to Amsterdam centraal train station and there are trams right outside the front door to take you to almost anyplace you want to go. The room is super clean. The bed is extremely comfortable BUT... The pillows were terrible, hard as rocks. Room is ridiculously small with a king bed, barely any room to move. The shower had no curtain or doors so entire bathroom gets a bit wet when showering. Shout out to Livvy who was fantastic at check-in and Stephanie was great getting us a cab to schipol airport for $60 euros when Uber was 134 euros. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Location close to station, city center and metro. Ample space (we had a superior room), comfortable room, clean. OK breakfast. Would have been nice, though, if - they would have told us in advance that they have refurbishment ongoing, starting early in the morning - the reception staff didn't actively avoid acknowledging your existence when entering and leaving, though I am sure they had a lot of important work going on on their screens

It’s a nice hotel in an area with lots around. The staff was really friendly. The only thing I was unhappy about was the fact we booked a city view room and ended up with a room facing an alley because the hotel is under renovation and that information wasn’t given to us that those rooms would be unavailable.

J'étais assez déçue car l'hôtel était en travaux, et je n'ai pas été prévenue. Il y a des échafaudages partout et du bruit en extérieur et en intérieur. La chambre confort est vraiment petite. Le point positif c'est que l'hôtel est très bien situé, il y a plein de restaurants commerces et boutiques. Les gens à l'accueil sont souriants

I booked a single room for 3 days. It worked well for me; was situated in a convenient location, near restaurants, groceries and the train station. Staff was very professional, courteous and welcoming.
