The staff was very helpful and gracious. The room and bathroom were clean and ready for our arrival fully stocked with towels and toiletries. Check in and out was quick. Continental breakfast was fresh & had something for everyone’s needs. It’s a short walk to Clifton Hill and the falls @10-15 minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a basic hotel but it is clean. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. Basic breakfast was included. Plenty of outdoor seats available for dining. Our tv was finicky most of the time as it is web-based and the signal was fair. It was a close walk to everything. Parking fee was excessive in my opinion. Staff was friendly and accomodated our needs.

For a budget hotel and the price we paid, it was a very nice experience. Room was overall quite clean, I noticed a faint stain on one of the two beds, but it seemed old. The room did have a slight musty smell, but nothing else looked alarming.

Staff was friendly. Bathroom was dirty with soap scum in shelves of shower and muck on the walls. TV did not work. Ashtrays outside front door filled with cigarette butts and packaging. Gross. Filter in air conditioner needs to be replaced. Made room smell terrible. Property was well situated. Wouldn't recommend hotel unless upkeep and cleanliness is improved.

This didn't live up to the Billing or reviews I read. I don't know where the suites are as we got stuck in a motel type room which wasn't desired. The property looks very run down. We had to ask for extra keys and towels like it was a hardship. The parking is ok and the location is great, is the only good things I can say.
