I would rate my stay at the Hilton a 7 out of 10.
The good: The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and housekeeping was amazing during our entire stay from Friday to Monday.
The not-so-good: Unfortunately, our room’s AC didn’t work properly — it blew warm air and made a loud noise. The front desk did send someone right away to fix it, which helped with the noise, but the air never really got cool. The TV was also an issue — we couldn’t get any cable channels, only basic local ones, and it took three visits from the tech to figure out the problem.
We were also disappointed that the pool was closed for construction. The only option was the indoor pool, which was packed with kids and not very relaxing.
Finally, when we checked out on Monday, the elevator was out of service. We had to carry all our luggage down three flights of stairs, which was very inconvenient.
Overall, the staff did their best, but the room issues and other inconveniences made this stay less enjoyable than we hoped for.
