SMALL ROOM!!! TV and satellite box wires hanging out of wall. Broken sink. Hot water tank in the room behind a door with a broken mirror. Tub took hours to drain. Bathroom door got caught on tub curtain rod and couldn't open fully. As a single woman I didn't feel safe. Motel NOT as pictured in web ad!

First of all I paid for 2 queen beds and didn’t even got one, I was placed in a room with a double bed and a couch, when I asked the front desk lady about this and to get the room I paid for she was pretty rude and told me it was impossible as they had them all full, so u think they sold my room to someone else and downgraded me, the bathroom tube was extremely disgusting full of black pubic hairs and full of scale, the toilet as well, I didn’t even got a soap, then I wasn’t able to use the pull out couch in the room as the blankets where ripped and dirty also full of hairs head and pubic ones, I have pictures of everything previously stated, so I will definitely and completely avoid any further stays and recommend others to do the same

To be be honest, we were speechless, the property is beyond acceptable. If we wouldn’t have arrived in the dark, with no other immediate option we would not have stayed. The front step was a delapated worn out wood platform which was difficult to step onto. On arrival there was something scurrying about and I guarantee you it was not domestic! On a positive note the bed was clean, no bugs! This property should not be promoted by Expedia

The first day was a decent stay but the bathroom was dirty the shower had a wad of chewed gum stuck to the wall the towel rack was bent but covered with the pile of towels. The 2nd day when we checked out the lady went to check our room upon check out and the lady walked in with my husband complaining about a dirty towel from my toddlers dirty feet from the dusty weekend she asked for a cash deposit of $100 even when I offered to use my credit card so when we checked out she told my husband she was keeping $20 for the towel I went into talk to her because I thought she was going to charge him for the towel rack but she showed me the dirty towel & said that she was keeping only $20 it may only be $20 but it’s ridiculous to ask for cash deposit when you have no intentions on giving it back especially when the pillows stink & the bed that is so uncomfortable

We arrived at 330 for the room . Office was locked and had to buzz to get in . Took the lady sometime to come answer the door . She finally finds our info for checking in. Then we are about to pay credit or debit won’t work . She insist on cash or an e-transfer. Then tells us oh by the way the lights don’t work in your room. You can use the tv for the light . We ask there isn’t another room or something you can do . I want a light in our room . I am paying for a service I expect to get full service. She then says a technician is coming soon then says oh it’s the breaker . She keeps switching her story as to what it wrong . I ask for another room . Nope can’t do that . Then I say I am going to lose where and ask her to destroy my info and want insurance that my card won’t be charged. The lady wasn’t friendly was mad that I did t wanna stay in a room with no working lights . I like to read and the light from the tv isn’t enough . I would not ever recommend this place to anyone!
