The studio is in excellent location near Pile Gate. Everything is super clean and feels peaceful. Communication with the host is excellent. The place requires some walk uphill but a fair trade off considering the great price for value within the expensive Old town. Overall we are very satisfied and would highly recommend!

Overall a great dtsyu

Dubrovnik is expensive, so this place is good value considering this. The room was spacious and in good condition, bed comfortable and big bathrooms. Everything was really great except the noise created from the stairs in the hallway which are loud and you can hear other guests coming in and out. Luckily it didn’t affect our sleep. We would recommend staying here

The host kept in regular contact with us so he could meet us promptly at the apartment to provide us with the keys & welcome us. Great location, only a few minutes walk to nearby restaurants and a fab cliffside bar!

Had an excellent stay. Vedran even gave us recommendation where to go to watch the fireworks for the first night of their summer festival, which was perfect. One thing anyone does need to be aware of is that you need to be fit enough to climb lots of steps - not just to this apartment but to the whole of Dubrovnik old town if you want to experience it all.

Me and my partner had a lovely stay at the Lavender garden apartments. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities needed to cook a meal. It was in a lovely area of the old city although you do have to climb a few steps to get there. We had really good communication with the host although on our arrival we found other guests in our room and had to be changed to a different room which was smaller than what we had paid for. I have seen previous reviews about the check in process not being very smooth and on our occasion this was also true. The check in process would have been perfect had some other guests not decided to stay in our room without permission. I do not think the landlord was the one to blame for this nevertheless it is his job to ensure that this does not happen and he did manage to get us back into the room the following day. At night it can be slightly noisy but that would be the same with anywhere in the old town and the area as a whole was very nice and safe. Would stay here again.

Die Unterkunft war ruhig gelegen, obwohl sie sich direkt in der Altstadt innerhalb der Stadtmauern befindet – perfekt für Erkundungen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, ideal zum Kochen. Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei, was bei der Sommerhitze sehr angenehm war. In nur 5 Minuten war man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Alles top – ich komme gerne wieder!

Un bel appartement situé dans une rue très calme dans la partie haute de la vieille ville : ce qui implique de grimper une centaine de marche... De précieuses informations fournies par l'hôte(sse) à la réception des clés... Rien à redire !

The apartment itself was great. Located in old town. It’s cute small and efficient. But the check in process was a nightmare. The check in is not attached to actual apartment. Apparently they had sent emails which I never received, which I assume is because it went to junk. And its Up a lot of stairs which is a consideration for ppl less mobile. The staff were very lovely to me and I don’t fault them but their main number attached to their property doesn’t work and i Kept getting the run around while I sat in the street with my luggage trying to figure out where to go. They need to update their system and maybe make it more clear about the check in process
