We had to take my sister to emergency surgery for her shoulder to Cleveland clinic. My sister payed for a room for us but when we got there we wasn’t aware of a $100 deposit and all I had was cash so we had to ride around and find a gas station to add our money to to get the room. We got the room and the person at the front desk didn’t give us the door key only the room key, so we had to walk around every time we had to leave. We couldn’t control the air in the room, slept uncontrollably. The shower wasn’t working properly, it was running from both the top and bottom part of the shower.

SLOW check-in was totally unWacceptable. Paid for breakfast for 6 people when reserved/paid on HOTELs.com - but there was magically no record of it at Wyndham. Paid CASH for breakfast - They still partially billed my card for breakfast. No time to file fraud claim. Decent enough for sleeping but has left a foul taste behind.

We were in the area for the Cleveland Clinic which is less than 20 away. Outstanding staff, great comfortable room, restaurant on site, and 2 fantastic restaurants within walking distance. My 1st choice when in the area to stay.

Unclean. Windows had layers of unknown substance on it. Bathroom light barley bright enough. Most elevators down, along with the ice machines. Had to go three floors down for ice. Payed for two nights, left after a few hours.

My first experience seeing the place was like no way grass overgrown had one sign on building and we got there early and was trying to check in early because we had that option but no they said no then why offer it and we were tried needed a bathroom from a long drive and had to wait 4 hours so I hit emails also saying can check in at 3 and they said no 4 then I did get told anything about breakfast and my keys didn’t open door to get in building after we parked are car also I was told by another guy to use the other door cause it never locked how safe did I feel now no way ever again not happy

The hotel is in terrible condition. If you haven’t been there, you better get there soon. The elevators were scary. While the elevator that worked. The others didn’t work. You need to get in there and do some work quickly. I will never stay there again.

The outside was nice, some of the inside is under construction, which is fine. The staff was excellent. There were bikers everywhere, which was fine, but loud. The problem was shady people... I saw some folks drop into the stairwell with a few 40's to party, one looked like a hooker. Then in my floor (and assume elsewhere), the fire alarm was going off (almost midnight), clearly someone was smoking weed, my whe floor and later room smelled of weed, it was really hard to sleep. From what I could tell, no staff or security did anything.

Extremely disappointed at the condition of the property. It is filthy, smells terrible, needs so much maintenance there is to much to list. One of the worst overall hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I would not stay here again and possibly not use Wyndham brands again due to this experience.

Mediocre at best. Comfortable bed, everything else worn. Most likely a really nice place 40 years ago. 1 perpetually broken elevator. Obviously undergoing renovation but you have to let your guests know what the heck is going on. Some very nice people but one in particular with shocking red hair who should go back to customer service school. Whatever you're doing on the computer is NOT as important as the guest standing in front of you.

Room was clean and relatively comfortable but the property is not well maintained. the ice machine on my floor was in pieces. there was a false fire alarm at midnight and it took 30 min to reset it. The breakfast is not free. For the price is it acceptable, but if I had paid more I would have been upset.
