The hotel is very old and you will see it everywhere. the breakfast is very crowded and not well organized. our kids had a lot of fun at the pool and waterpark. However, due to the great service we have received we still would recommend the hotel.

Perfect location. Great facilities ! Lazy river is very relaxing and the private beach is gorgeous. Always space for people and no crowded . Hotel is clean and the rooms are lovely .

Satisfactory stay, access to the beach club via the underpass is a plus, but the hotel itself is more like a 4 star. Breakfast had an ok spread, rooms are a bit dated. Staff were helpful. There are better 5 star hotels nearby.

Brief one night stay. Enjoyed an afternoon relaxing by the beach and walking along the corniche - the hotel is perfectly placed for the corniche and has its own private area of the beach with bars restaurants multiple pools gym etc.

The hotel is great & has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Location is good as its close to the main sites. The best bit is the dining area & the food choices for breakfast are great, with lots of variety including an Omelette station.

When I got to the room, the air conditioning was set to 16 degrees - and it was 16 degrees in the room. After room-service/cleaning the staff insist on leaving the room at 16 degrees each time. This is too cold for anybody surely - it wasn't even hot when I visited, with max temp around 21 degrees. The breakfast was very basic, though expensive and the room was not clean - see attached photographs of dried toilet poop assumed to be accumulated from many previous guests. How can you rate yourself as a 5-star hotel when standards and common sense are this low? The private beach is across the street, and theres a convenient underpass to get to it. Theres lots of facilities and things to do, though the beach area is quite small. The jacuzzi was broken on the day I wanted to use it. Location is okay - and like most places in abu-dhabi you'll need a car to get anywhere. There is a nice short walk to a posh supermarket, and a slightly longer walk to a regular supermarket. The reception staff are nice and helpful though, pity about the rest of it.

We arrived early and were given a room with an upgrade, a partial sea view. It was for a disabled person (and we were advised as such) so the shower was poorly designed, with no real draining on the floor. I don't know how a challenged person would be safe on it... but we used our towels to mop up the excess water that wouldn't have drained. The staff is quite helpful. Liked being right across the street from the Corniche. Though there was full capacity, the hotel was basically quiet. The breakfast was quite nice. The Hotel had a facility with gym and beach across the street, for a fee. Didn't use it but saw it. Had we been there longer than a night, we would have.

I got sick due to the room being too cold. I asked reception about this and they said the engineer would come up, which he did, bur just said ‘no heating no heating’ to whatever I tried to explain to him. The floorboards were uneven by the door and bathroom, which led to an accident or two. Breakfast was fine. Definitely not a five-star hotel by any stretch of the imagination

L'Hôtel et les chambres sont propres, les chambres sont de tailles corrects ( eau, machine à café et thé). Parking gratuit avec plusieurs restaurants et bars. L'hôtel dispose d une plage privée ainsi que d un Beach club qui se situe juste en face de l'hôtel, elle est accessible par un tunnel. Le petit déjeuner est également très bien.

The room type I had booked wasn't available and the check in person tried to blame me for the mistake. Thankfully I had my reservation confirmation on hand. I was "upgraded" but the room was not particularly clean, the toilet seat and the towel rack were broken, and a few other such annoyances. The room was noisy from air conditioners outside the window. Overall, not great.

Séjour dans l'ensemble très décevant. Les aménagements de l'hôtel sont de médiocre qualité pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. La chambre est très petite et sombre. Le rideau était cassé ainsi que le bidet bloqué. Le service est lacunaire. Nous étions 3 dans la chambre tous les jours jai dû réclamer une 3ème serviette. La salle du petit déjeuner est bondée et bruyante il faut se battre pour trouver une table, la nourriture est peu ragoûtante avec un choix limité et par souci d'économies, la qualité des produits proposés laisse à désirer. Les serveurs sont rapidement dépassés. On doit faire la queue pour avoir un café et de l'eau. Totalement inacceptable.
