Front desk answer me at mid night about the custmer making to much noise, high steps, jumping on the floor at mid night… she said ir was not her busnisses. Never had a problem with a Marriot before. She looks like get upset because I complain the noise from upstairs… we are in a family group with a 97rs old woman. And how can anyone make noises any hour of the day and not her busisness? I never see something like that. Tottaly dispaointed with the answer from the fron desk. Its tottaly disrespectfull. Hope someone look forward for this situation.
