I stayed for a one-night work trip. The hotel sits back off the road a bit, so the turn into the property sort of sneaks up on you, so be mindful of that traveling in. The entrance is tight, so I had to wait in line for a few other vehicles before I could park, put my hazards on, and go inside to check in. There were no employees or valet outside already.
The lobby area isn't anything special, but it's obviously a pet-friendly hotel with dog bowls of water and treats just inside the door. Check-in was simple. My room was on the first floor and I had to walk a pretty far distance to get to my room, but nothing outrageous.
My room was definitely a little bit dated, but with obvious efforts to spruce it up. It was clean, but I wouldn't say it was spotless or anything. There's a thermostat that worked and kept my room very cool, which is what I prefer. My windows were right over the entrance to the hotel and the blinds were a little wonky, so I had to basically accept that I could have either natural light or some privacy but not both.
Off the lobby, there's a little market with snacks and drinks. Obviously a bit overpriced like any hotel, but I wish there were some dairy-free options for the coffee and other beverages offered.
One of the elevators had a huge puddle in it for a good bit of the day, which was a little odd.
For the price, it's worth staying for a work trip. If you're looking for luxury or a romantic stay, I'd look elsewhere though.
