Isn't worth the cost. Room was dirty. Sheets stained. Dingy towels. Room keys didn't work right. Bathroom door was hard to open and shut because it was scraping on the floor. There's about a 2 in gap under the door to the room so you hear everything in the halls and the light shines in bright. They only had one person at front desk who had to go look to see if rooms were ready AFTER check in time. Manager was called to come in and help help because the kid working front desk had to keep leaving the desk and run around trying to find the 4 King rooms that the group of bikers in front of us reserved over a week ago. The poor kid at the front desk did the best he could and by the time the manager showed up he fiound 3 queen and 1 king room for the guys. The guys were frustrated by that time and said whatever it's fine we're not riding 3hrs back home we're tired and there's no where else to go at this point. The Manager did NOTHING to help in ANY way. He just left. All we needed was our room keys reprogrammed so we could get back in our room. The manager didn't ask if he could help any of us waiting so we had to stand there we 2-3 other couples waiting in line for at least 20min or longer. The young man at the front desk apologized to us. He was polite. It wasn't his fault they overbooked and didn't have rooms ready. He deserved better from the manager & raise for how well he handled upset bikers on his own. Will not be staying at that place again. Not impressed at all.

Absolutely awful! When we went to check in at night they told us sorry we overbooked 20 rooms so best we can do is give you a refund. Left me and my family stranded. Heard from another hotel what they did was sell our room out from under us for more money bcuz there was absolutely no other hotel rooms anywhere in the whole KC area. The kid and yes I say kid behind the front desk said sorry first come first serve on check in. We were dumbfounded like what!?! What’s the purpose of a reservation then? He was on the phone with the manager trying to get him to talk to me but he refused. I demanded his phone number and called him and he said we’re done here and hung up on me. Watched 3 other families while we there told the same thing. When you go to look online they were still even showing they still had rooms yet were turning away. Worst part still have not got our refund yet. Will be pursuing legal action if we don’t. Oh and another customer told me they got a room but no working shower and they wouldn’t give her a refund or discount. This place needs shut down. All they are doing is scamming people out of money. Cannot believe they are part of Choice Hotels!

roach infested. If i wasn't needing a place with a late check in (2am) I would have never stayed here. The next morning I contacted the front desk informing him of our disappointment and desire to check out earlier than expected and wanted our money back for the nights we didnt stay, he (Chris) presumes to curse at me, threaten to call police (for whatever reason) and told us we needed to leave after we already explained we wanted to leave. He threatened to keep our deposit and not refund us. Then when i come to the front face to face he pretends the conversation neve happen and presumes to refund me (which I still have no received)

The entire place smelled awful. There was a wad of hair in the shower drain as there was no drain guard. One of the occupants in the motel played "music"(mix between rap and heavy)metal until long after midnight. The ceiling had huge water stains. One of the washcloths looked and smelled like a cleaning rag. The sheets and bed cover all smelled, pillows were bad, and furniture and entry doors were damaged.

This was by the far the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was dirty, refrigerator wasn’t plugged in and when we opened it - the smell about knocked you over. There were stink bugs everywhere, even in the bed. The floor was absolutely disgusting and falling in.
Front desk wasn’t helpful at all. Spoke with the manager Crystal about the experience, she ended up hanging up on me multiple times and telling me that because we didn’t check out within a few minutes of checking in - nothing could be done. Even though when we did try to talk to someone at the front desk that was ‘closed’ we were told we had to call the next day and speak to a manager.
Overall TERRIBLE and DISGUSTING experience.

We found bugs dead and alive on the bed and pillows. Called front desk and told them. They said they would refund money so we could go find another hotel.
Called back days later and they are saying house keeping couldnt find any bugs.
The bathtub was not clean and it was missing paint.

If zero was an option this place qualified. There is never anyone at the front desk. Check in was miserable, they insist on $100 incidentals hold (although there is nothing to purchase except through a vending machine) almost a week since checking out & still haven’t gotten my money back. Have called twice- no help.
The rooms: security chain broken on the main door and the adjoining room door. Chair broken for the table set. The room smelled clean, but the floors made our feet black.
The staff/owners: when I questioned the need for $100 hold since there weren’t any services to use them for I was meet with the response well you don’t have to stay here. Well ma’am I’m traveling with two small kids and we unfortunately pre-paid through Expedia or trust me we wouldn’t have stayed.
There’s a full kitchenette in the rooms and a microwave and apartment size fridge. That was nice. However no coffee maker & no staff made coffee Sunday morning. Was informed by another person staying that he called the help number and they said they weren’t on duty until after 9. So no breakfast and no coffee as advertised.
Not at all a restful night. People up all night playing loud music and walking the halls. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.
