While the front desk has improved their service, the "General Manager" Emmanuel has zero business running a hotel. Our shower began leaking from inside the wall out onto the floor, this was at 10pm. I contacted the front desk, no rooms available to move. I mean there were but they were all dirty because housekeeping didn't clean all the rooms, just those that were on reserve for the day. Our option for showers? Go to a room that is unable to be rented out because of the horrible smell in the room. We were told the General Manager could help further in the morning. What time? 7am. Fast forward to the am, told he doesn't have a set schedule, so, comes in when he chooses. 930am speak with Emmanuel who basically says he can do a 10% discount. I let him know this wasn't acceptable and asked for his supervisor. He states he's the general manager and answers to nobody. I'm thinking he answers to corporate at the very least. Unfortunately, the owner is an LLC. They've been contacted but I have no hope they will do anything.
As typical, there are no towels. So definitely bring your own towels, wash clothes, hand towels, and pool towels if you insist on staying here. I don't know how exactly a hotel runs out of towels. Either they have not purchased enough or housekeeping doesn't wash them all before leaving for the night.
Rooms are still dirty. Floors are gross. Spiders and webs everywhere. Final thought, Emmanuel has no business running a hotel and it shows.
