The manager's reception in the evening had terrible food. The vegetables were old and almost moldy. The cheese chunks were also very old. The other snacks were just salsa chips and that's it. Not very good for an embassy suite. The breakfast however was absolutely delicious! The maid to order chef was very nice!

Disappointed that we did not find out about the pool being closed until we arrived. The indoor pool is the main reason I picked this hotel! I was given the option to cancel at no charge, but we just traveled all day and I did not have the energy to go “hotel hunting” all over again. Plus they shut the water off a full hour early than the posted time and this delayed our plans for the day because we had to wait for the water to come back in to shower.
