Outdated decor and tiny bathroom which need to close the door in order to use toilet. Lots dogs staying in this hotel so lots dog barking during our stay. 70% of their workers passing by on the hallway don’t greeting us either. However, front desk was good checking in and out . One housekeeper named Margarita helped to replace our not functioning well coffee machine despite housekeeping service took super long wait.

The room was not ready at 4:00pm, which is their check-in time. It wasn't ready until almost 5:00pm. There were multiple stains on the carpet and portions of the carpet were torn and fraying along the tile at the bathroom and kitchentte. The bathtub/shower area had rust along the grout line and the sink in the bedroom also had rust. Probably one of the worst Embassy Suites we have ever stayed in based on condition --- BUT they did wave the $15 parking fee.... so there's that.

Wasn't able to check in until 5:30 [got there at 3:00]. No soap in the bathroom/bar/breakfast area any day. Elevator would not come to the 3rd floor even though the light came on when pressed and the elevator was working. Trash pick up outside our window at 6AM 2 of 4 days! No clock in room. Rude staff at front desk [to us an others].

This hotel experience was not up to par! We had to wait until 7pm to be checked in because none of the rooms were cleaned. Then the room was more like a motel and not a hotel as advertised. While in the room there was a constant leak from the ceiling flooding the carpet, which is extremely unsanitary and caused an inconvenience of not being able to walk on the carpet (not even with socks). I contacted the property manager and was told that we had to be out of the room in order for maintenance to fix it. We left the room that morning and no one came out to fix it all day. We returned about 11 PM with the leak even worse than it was before. They did comp our parking for being late with the check-in but none of the other issues were addressed by the hotel. Plus, the “hotel” was disgusting. The elevators smelled horrible and in the room there were stains on the carpet and furniture.

Unfortunately, this stay did not meet Embassy Suites or Hilton brand standards. Upon arrival, the hotel was overbooked and could not provide the room type I reserved. I was moved more than once, and the rooms offered had serious cleanliness issues. One room had a visibly dirty couch, and another had dark, mold-like stains on the carpet, which raised health concerns. The bedding was also uncomfortable and did not feel clean or soft. While staff offered Hilton Honors points for one night, the issues went beyond a simple inconvenience. Multiple room changes combined with cleanliness problems made the stay stressful and disappointing, especially for a family stay. I expected much better quality and cleanliness for the price paid.

Checked in at 6:00 2 hours after the reserved check in time. Was told that the rooms not ready without any sympathy from the receptionist. I was told they’d call us, so we waited four hours only for no call back. Had to call them to be told the room was ready. I understand it might’ve been busy today but getting this kind of service was unacceptable.

A mediocre Embassy Suites - somewhat run down, outdated furniture and finishes. The pool was cold, hot tub was tepid at best, towels the size of hand towels and worn, room worn and needing updating. Breakfast was lower quality - and understaffed (omelet bar).

The room became available only around 8 pm which is unacceptable. They gave us free parking as compensation but our friends had to wait in the car for 3 hours with a kid. Room was not as nice as I expected but the bed was good. No restaurant on site is also annoying.

Surprised by the variety of breakfast options, incl. made to order omlettes. Remaining selections also good. Disapp to find charges for parking and wifi. Staff courteous and helpful. AC was generally unresponsive to changes in setting - overall not intuitive. Would stay again.

We were given a nice room. It was spacious with a separate living room & kitchenette. Free breakfast was great. I enjoyed the pool & jacuzzi. Late check out was granted and much appreciated. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
