The staff was outstanding and helpful. I had a marathon race on Sunday and the manager let us keep the room until 1 so I could shower afterwards. She was so kind and sweet and truly treated us well. We will stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness overall. One exception is opened bottle of peach whiskey on its side in the freezer which dripped inside the fridge. Overall, however, comfortable enough and safe.

Slidt og trist hotel. Sengen larmede meget og dårlige puder. Dog rart med en rigtig dyne. Der er ikke elevator, så du skal bære din bagage op på 1 sal. Området virker ikke som det bedste. Der var flere stofmisbrugere ved tankstationen ved siden af. Badeværelset var beskidt. Ok for en nat og ok morgenmad.

Sleep Inn Honest Review

The pictures online aren’t accurate in my opinion. My partner and I walked in and instantly felt a muggy feel & smell to the room. Which made everything damp, including the bedding, towels & the floor. The AC had a weird smell to it when you turned it on. There was chips & marks all over the walls. The blanket and pillows could’ve been better, they felt very flat. The bathroom ceiling looked a little gross. The ceiling lights above the bed were broken. We were missing 2/3 pictures above the headboard which made it look very cheap & poorly put together. The room decor in general needs major updating. And we could’ve used more/cleaner towels to start with. We had like 2 body towels & 2 floor towels in the bathroom to start with, and were stained. On the good side, the area was actually pretty nice, we were within minutes of anywhere we wanted to go. The staff was really polite. Breakfast was decent. I appreciate the microwave in the rooms. But that’s pretty much it. I wouldn’t come back in my opinion.

Bugs and attitude.

Place was dirty with bugs of some sort b that bit us. Got to the point thatvtheyvdid g ive us a different room but when i went down to talk to the front dest in the morning they got an attitude said they werentvgiving n me a redund even tho i hadnt asked for one and then got snyde and basically said thatvwe were lying. Got quiet tho when i suggested we go look on the bed where we had killed quite a few and left them. Didnt offer an apology, discount, room comp, nothing but attitude. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Stay ANYWHERE else!

The pictures must be before they opened. The exterior of the property grounds are not maintained. Ice melt bad sits by the main door and it is August. The mattress was sunk in. The comforter was stained. When I asked for a new comforter the manager said they do not change them between guests. When I asked about the stained sheets and pillow cases he said “they are clean but nothing they can do with the stains.” Funny, other hotels don’t seem to have that problem. Throw them away. The room lights did not work, one continued to flicker, no maintenance or upkeep has been done on the rooms. The manager was beyond rude.

Don’t expect to get any sleep

Horrible! Paper thin walls, people constantly slamming doors, loud voices through out the night, loud beeping and slamming of something out in the hall.

Three stars is still too good

Reserved a non smoking room and it smelled terrible of smoke. Overall the room was dirty and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The only plus side was that the lady at the front desk was very nice.

Dirty bathroom: the toilet was not cleaned, shower had hair in the drain and on the walls. Dirty bed: stains on bed spread. Dirty carpet: stains and something smashed into the carpet. Holes/tears in the blackout curtains. Homeless people hanging around the outside of property; couldn't pull into the porte-cochere because there were loitering people congregated in the driveway. Dirty lobby bathroom It's really my fault...what did I expect for the price...duh

Older place but ok for what we needed.

This hotel is an average older hotel. It fit our needs but the beds were very dated and need to be replaced. Our room also smelled very musty. I’m guessing because it was right next to the pool. I bought air fresheners which helped a little. The shower leaked water all over the floor and the hot tub was out of service and looked dirty. The staff was nice and it worked for us as we didn’t spend much time in the room.

Worst Sleep Inn in the US!

Room 104 was so bad we were only there for 15 minutes and checked out and drove another 5 hours home. Moldy and cigarette smell, bathroom dirty. Furniture and bed frame delaminating. Smell made us nauseous. Front desk had no comment or replacement room. Never stay at the Sleep Inn in Sioux Falls SD by the airport! Bad area to stay. Did not want to spend time taking any pictures.

Horrible

The front desk lady was angry. The pool was freezing not enjoyable the hot tub was broken there was bugs in the pool it smelled like Clorox wipes and moldy wood in the pool area. In our room it had left over trash from the last people. There was a part in the middle of the room that was sunken in and it would flex inward when you walked on it the walls and ceiling were separated and filled in with foam. We only got one room key there was a missing shampoo bottle and the conditioner was mostly empty.we couldn't get extra towels
