Room was quite outdated, chipped paint and some mold on the shower, found old water bottle under a bed. Pool was in poor condition and disappointing for kids. Breakfast was good.

The room floors were gross- our socks were black walking around on the carpet. Breakfast was cold- eggs and potatoes were cold within moments of being put out. Watery eggs and overdone potatoes too. Gravy was okay though a bit jellied. Milk was sour, and they didnt believe us. The pool was dirty, filtration system did not appear to be working. It was also freezing, even in the warm sun. The hot tub had a gross smell and was yellowish. No one was seem cleaning the pool AT ALL during the stay. Staff was kind, if you got a chance to talk to one, they were understaffed at the desk. Staff also did not adhere to the "pay at hotel" option and called to tell us if we didnt pay right away they were going to cancel our reservation- 4 hours before check in was even happening. Stressed us out big time. Just a poor experience.

My 8 year old son and I stayed here for his baseball tournament. The night before we were supposed to drive into town, I found out my other room at a different hotel was canceled. So at 1:30am in the morning, in a panic, I booked here at the GreenTree. Not many hotels had rooms available since this was during MLB spring training, plus multiple youth sporting tourneys happening the same time. I was so grateful to find out that the hotel was nice, the rooms very clean and spacious. The staff was always friendly. The breakfast was decent. Choices like fresh made waffles, biscuits/gravy, eggs, sausage, cereals and muffins/toast were always options. Coffee was always fresh and hot. Overall great stay!

When we pulled out the sofa bed, it was covered in popcorn and chocolate, indicating it clearly hadn't been cleaned in some time. When we inquired about it, the front desk said that the cleaning staff had gone home already, and therefore nothing could be done. It felt like there was no effort to remedy the situation.

I didn't have an opportunity to use the outdoor pool. But, it appeared to be clean. The clerk that checked our group in was professional and friendly. He handled the check in process well considering there was a difficult customer waiting to be checked in. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. My only concern was the shower nozzle. It needed to be fixed. The handle that you pull up to turn on the shower was broken. A lot of the water would disperse into the tub, causing a light shower flow.

The hotel was a bit dated. Breakfast was pretty good and commiserate with hotels in this category. Room was fine. Most everything seemed relatively clean. Staff was tremendous in particular Hazel the supervisor. Amazingly accommodating and helpful with a very sweet and accessible nature.

There is NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE, I spent half an hour waiting for the shuttle to find out there is NOT A SHUTTLE. I hired an taxi. When I got to the Hotel I was told they have an uber account to get guests to and from the airport. HOTELS.com said there was a shuttle, bad on you!!! You cost me money and time waiting for a shuttle that you advertised. I will not use hotels.com again, it is not updated and does not have reliable information.
