We really liked being right by the lake. The owners and friends were very very friendly and accommodating. We would return just because the owners made us feel like a part of their community. When we needed a brownie pan, he went into his own kitchen and lent us his! The amenities were old and not well supplied, but we hear that they will be remodeling and improving this unit. It had lots of character though.

There was NO HEAT in the cabin with a 1 inch gap under and above both doors. The temperature dropped to 30 degrees during the night and there were only 2 blankets on the bed! One of the 2 doors did not lock. The screen door on the main door didn’t have a screen in it however there were sharp staples all the way around so every time you open the door you get poked or cut on the hand. Overall this was by far the worst experience I have ever had!!

Great view of a lovely lake. Price includes convenient moorage. Very dim lighting, no bathroom sink, kitchen sink lacked faucet covers so water sprayed in every direction, making it difficult to clean contacts without getting drenched. FYI no heating or cooling, and doors don’t fit the frames, leaving gaps. One door had no lock. AND we had a great time!!

Loved spending time on the beach with the family and fishing of the dock. Everyone was so friendly and very hospitable. The owners and the staff are working hard to improve this little Gem each and every day.
