Not family friendly

Its was discusting. The room was filthly. Black mould in the shower. Used bandaids stuck to the furniture. Dishwasher has never been cleaned by the smell that came from it. The grout in the shower wall flaking out. They had some cover the old moldy grout with a thin layer of new grout that fell off in the shower while showering. The bed sheets were hard and crusty, definitely not cotton sheets. Toilet paper was the cheatest kind known to man. This hotel supports the transgender movement. That should not be around families especially since its 18plus. The trans movment is banned everywhere else or illegal. I would never ever bring children here. Dirty womens underwear in the elevator. The spa area wreaked like urine and was very unsanitary

Bad stay in the Mosaic

Hi, We booked the Mosaic hotel for 2 nights and asked to stay in the room facing the pool on the highest floor possible, they said they would try and it didn’t happen. We stayed for 2 nights and after a very loud first night we asked to switch rooms if possible but again they could’t help us. We’ve stayed in the hotel many times before, but this time it was a really bad experience.

Great get away!!

Great little get away !! Loved our room , was bigger then expected , view was amazing , used the fireplace every nite. Hot tub was a good size , staff very friendly. Nice underground parking . Only negative , the bathrobes provided were rough and short . Trim around baseboards could use a restraining in some areas . All and all great trip , we had soo much fun in the village and location wss perfect !
