Everything was nasty.

This is a very old hotel. Staff were extremely nice Breakfast was good, but the overall condition of the facility, including the room I had and the combined lobby and dining area were a one star. I was told that the room had been completely renovated, and that was so far from the truth, that I can’t begin to find words to describe how far from the truth that was. I cannot believe that Wyndham allowed there name to be attached to this hotel!

This is the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I arrived super late and had already paid for a week, I was super tired and had nowhere else to go. As soon as I walked into my room I seen giant roaches crawling all over the walls. It smelled like someone had been smoking cigarettes in there for 30 years. But the roaches were the most alarming thing. I stayed one night only because it was super late and I had to work in the morning. The next day I told the lady at the front desk I was leaving because of the roaches and wanted a refund, she rolled her eyes and scoffed and told me “the pest control guy is here now”. That’s unacceptable. She refused to refund me for the entire stay and only gave my money back for five days. I came back one more time to make sure the first woman actually put the refund through. I got the same kind of rude reception. I wouldn’t stay there for free.

This place is horrible. Everything is filthy. The staircases haven't been cleaned in years. There was hair still in the sink. Bedspreads were stained. Dead cockroach in the light fixture I had 2 tables in my room and 1 little kids chair. I booked for 3 nights and checked out after the first night.
