Lovley hotel, very comfortable bed and stylish rooms. Even a complementary bottle of prosecco on arrival. The only downfall which isnt even the hotels fault is the noise of the trams outside. If you aren't used to noise at night they can be disruptive which is a shame as its a great hotel.

Location to amenities , room and cleanliness brilliant . Only criticisms - lack of drawers/hanging space for clothes in room …(but they did offer to bring in storage ) …can be quite noisy as next to a main road …selection of food at breakfast could be more extensive …very minor things - we wouldn’t hesitate to return as the cleanliness of the rooms and location to transport/old town was spot on.

Otroligt trevligt hotell. Litet, fräscht, rent, snyggt och modernt. Personligt hotell. Liten men perfekt frukost. Bubbel serveras till frukosten :) Inget problem med glutenfritt bröd. Magisk utsikt från jaccuzin på taket. Bästa läget, tryggt område. Nära till stora torget, slottet och Judiska kvarteren. Åker vi till Krakow igen, blir det definitivt detta hotell igen.

A fantastic location with easy access to the City, 5 minute walk to the square, 10 minutes to the Jewish Quarter or Castle. Staff very helpful, great Breakfast, fantastic value for money. Only downside... Rooms are great but lack storage if you're staying for a few days and like to unpack. That said, they will deliver extra furniture to your room if required (seriously). We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant twice. Food and cocktails were lovely. Decent prices. Although breakfast was included we didn't go as we are not big morning eaters. Jacuzzi on the roof was excellent. So relaxing with superb views. Mini beer being refilled daily was a brilliant touch and a free welcome bottle of prosecco. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Krakow.

Opposite train station so excellent for travel. 8-10 mins walk to main square. Staff very helpful and very pleasant. We were on B&B and food variety was plentiful. Rooms very spacious and clean, only negative was maid didn’t come to clean room until after 4 on day 3&4 and that was when we were back in room. Hot tub was fantastic and a lovely end to the night every day of the stay. Would definitely stay at hotel again if we visit Krakow.

The staff were great and the rooms were stocked with whatever you need (all included in the stay). However for me, my room was right on the corner of the building and the screeching from the tram on the street outside was so loud all night. Added to this the mattress was sagging, making for a bad night's sleep. The sauna is good but small. A water cooler and fresh towels are needed in the space. Also need to sort the gap at the top of the door as it lets all the heat out.

Didn't like the dark gloomy room and bathroom or living out of suitcase. Very noisy as trams and trains going by all night. Bar restaurant was fab and our little haven after busy days. Breakfast was great. Close to the station is a bonus for travel but obviously the noise is a downside for travel. Staff were wonderful however would not stay here again due to the rooms.

Room was really big and modern. Close to train station and a brilliant location with everything in walking distance. The staff were awesome we where treated so well nothing was too much trouble. The pizzas where really great value. Free breakfast was great with a hot selection made to order. Spectacular views from the rooftop hotub. Will definitely be booking again.
