I got the corner suite, the space is great to have my whole family (4 adults) satisfied and with tub, two toilets, nice hair dryer, good size freezer and nice breakfast. the location is nice as well ti access both Hakata and Tenjin. two thimbs up!

The hotel is quite new and the staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. The building and facilities were clean and well-maintained, and overall the property seemed well-managed. However, the overall experience was somewhat disappointing. The room was very small and bed was placed right up against the wall making it very inconvenient to use. There was absolutely no view from the window, so I couldn’t even open the curtains as it was immediately facing the building next to it. It felt very closed-in and claustrophobic. The room was so cramped and uncomfortable that I ended up checking out and returning home a day early. Unfortunately, since I booked a non-refundable rate, I wasn’t able to get a refund for the last night. The staff and cleanliness were excellent, but the location of the building and the small room size were major drawbacks that seriously affected the overall stay.

A wonderful choice with 2 adults and 2 kids

I had stayed with two kids for 2 nights. The room itself was not too big, but two double beds were big enough considering it was difficult to find out a hotel for 2 adults and 2 kids in big Japanese cities like Fukuoka. All staffs were kind and professional. Probably I will stay at the same hotel if I visit Fukuoka.

Room was toooo small. Customer service was quite curt and minimal, we were actually pointed to a vending machine to process our own payment. At arrival time, housekeeping was in full swing and aisle to room was cluttered with trash, vacuums and housekeeping gear. Not the best nor friendliest welcome, and front desk “couldn’t find any reservation under [my] name.” Not what you want to hear when traveling to a foreign country.

最近できたのでしょうか、館内はとても綺麗で所々に新しい香りがしました。 個人的に嬉しいのは、この価格帯のホテルで(空間は一緒ではあるが)浴室がガラスの扉でバスルーム空間をしっかり区切ってくれているので、水回りが気になるみとしては助かります。 バスタブも広く、しっかり足を伸ばせました。 アメニティ類も入浴剤含めフロントでフリーに提供しており、気軽に持ち出せます。 そして何よりも心でリラックスできたのは滞在中に対応していただいたスタッフ皆様のホスピタリティです。 どこに泊まろうか直前まで悩んで、予約してすぐに訪問したので反映に少し時間がかかりながらも、テキパキ対応していただきました。 朝食も、出張等でもいろんなホテルに滞在しましたが同じ価格帯で1番だと思います。 開放感と明るい空間で、会場でも宣伝していましたが、内装や食事のラインナップからも「色鮮やかさ」を感じる楽しい空間でした。 食事もこだわっており、海鮮やデザート、ドリンクもバリエーション豊富で非常に楽しく食事ができました。 チェックアウト後に少し作業をロビーでしてから帰りのエレベーターを待っていたのですが、スタッフさんが最後お見送りをしてくれたのも、感動しました。 滞在する身として、こちらがリラックスできるためにもスタッフさんの心の豊かさ、余裕さがある方がゆとりあるおもてなしをいただけると、改めてこの滞在を通じて感じることができました。 次回も福岡来る際は予約したいと思います。 ありがとうございました。
