This is a old property converted in to a boutique style hotel. Rooms are not functional and have a bad layout. Beds run small and are not the comfiest. Every noise is heard from the guests walking in heals and entering and exiting their rooms. Neighborhood is safe and you will have fun in Guanajuato. Last of all hotel does state on site parking but is limited to street parking.

Adoramos o hotel. Uma casa linda antiga bem remodelada e decoração moderna. O atendimento pode melhorar um pouco mais. Quando chegamos não havia ninguém na recepção mas foram bem gentis colocando as malas no quarto que havíamos deixado na recepção mais cedo. Chuveiro ótimo cama super confortável. Não é no burburinho no centro mas táxi custa 3 dólares. Voltaria e recomendo p quem quer menos confusão do centro histórico.

C était notre 2ieme visite dans cette ville. Déjà 11 ans passé. Cette hôtel est ouverte que depuis 6 mois. Située à environ 2 1/2 km si vous aimez la marche parfait c est sécuritaire. Notre chambre avait la climatisation et le chauffage mais considérant que les soirées et les nuits sont fraîches notre salle de bain et la douche était toujours froides malgré le système de chauffage. dejeuner excellent et a la carte avec limites toutefois

Precioso hotel en una ciudad encantadora

Disfrutamos nuestra estadía en Casa Florencia por muchas razones. La señorita de recepción muy amable y servicial. Nos dio tips para movilizarnos del hotel al centro histórico, nos ayudó a contratar un tour para San Miguel de Allende y nos imprimió nuestros pases se abordar. Además estuvo pendiente de nuestras consultas y dudas. Nuestra habitación muy amplia, camas cómodas y decorada con muy buen gusto. Contaba con batas y pantuflas, productos de baño de buena calidad y una salita para leer. Además de una cafetera con cápsulas y botellitas de agua. Buenísima presión en la ducha, toallas y ropa de cama de buena calidad. El desayuno muy bien preparado y presentado, muy copleto. Delicioso! El hotel está lleno de detalles de decoración y arquitectónicos preciosos y es un gusto recorrerlo. La ubicación nos resultó conveniente pues está muy cerca del centro histórico caminando y en la noche se puede tomar un taxi para regresar a descansar lejos de bullicio del centro, luego de un día ajetreado. Enfrente hay un parque encantador y las calles de los alrededores pueden recorrerse de forma segura. Definitivamente deseamos regresar y alojarnos en Casa Florencia muy pronto.
