The hotel was clean and staff super friendly. Specifically the lady who checked us in and Janay, who was managing the breakfast buffet (which was very good). She was so kind and friendly and went out of her way for everyone. Doesn’t take much to be kind. Made a lot of peoples day. My only gripe was charging for parking. While it was a minimal fee I just think it’s ridiculous to do that.

Have stayed here several times in the past. Unlike so many other properties, this hotel gets better with time. Great service, very clean and well kept, and better than average breakfast. Highly recommend when in Pittsburgh.
