Charging $15 per day for Wi-Fi—especially when the service was intermittent at best—made the hotel feel behind the times. A card reading "Please enjoy these two complimentary bottles of water" accompanied only a single bottle, which was not replaced on the second day, made the hotel seem cheesy. The booklet describing slippers and robes was a laughable empty promise. That said, our room was quiet, featured updated USB-C ports, and the location was convenient for this trip. Although the TV and phone checkout options didn’t work, we ran into the manager at the front desk, who said that renovations are planned soon and these issues will be addressed.
