Beautiful hotel. Location was wonderful. Breakfast was really good, but repetitive. Shout out to Luca. He was an amazing employee. We first met him at the bar in the evening and then the next moryhed working in the breakfast room. Extremely friendly and likable. He will go out of his way to make your stay unforgettable. Breakfast was amazing. The servers for the breakfast were very kind. The Hotel itself is placed at the best possible location and very close to Duomo. Room was reasonably large. Only downside was there was no view from the room that we got. Other than that a perfect experience!
